Сценарій позакласного заходу з англійської мови

“We Love English”

Мета:

·         повторення та узагальнення лексичних та граматичних навичок учнів до пройдених тем “Transportaion”, “Food. Health”, “Clothes”,

·         вдосконалення навичок говоріння та читання,

·         вдосконалення комунікативних навичок учнів,

·         сприяти розвитку аналізу та самоаналізу, памяті, критичного мислення та навичок логічного висловлювання думки,

·         сприяти розвитку навичок роботи у групі та вміння чітко виконувати інструкції вчителя,

·         виховувати інтерес до вивчення англійської мови.

Клас: 6

Обладнання: дошка, роздаткові з завданнями, великоформатні паперові серця, аркуші із написами категорій питань та їх вартість, катрки із зображеннями для гри «Бліц».

ХІД ЗАХОДУ:

І. Організаційний. Повідомлення теми та мети заходу, основних правил.

T: Good afternoon, children! Glad to greet you at our game show “We Love English”. We are going to play and decide who is cleverer - boys or girls. I offered you to review all lexical and grammar material we have learned and I hope you’ve pinned your ears back.

 (На дошці розміщено назву вікторини, різні категорії питань та їх вартість. Також є додаткові три конкурси-бліц.)

ІІ. Проведення вікторини

T: You can see three categories of questions and their value. The leader of your team chooses the category and the level of difficulty.

Contest 1. Team Presentation.

Домашнім завданням обох команд було обрати лідера команди та підготувати назву та емблему. Перший конкурс – це презентація команди, яку оцінює журі.

T: First contest is your team presentation. Your task was to choose a leader and to prepare the name and the emblem for your team. Our guests will give you marks for that. (Max. – 5)

Contest 2. Quiz

Учні у командах обирають категорію питання та його вартість. Відбувається обговорення у групі, відповідь записується на аркуші та підноситься до вчителя. Оцінюється правильність відповіді. На обговорення дається 1 хвилина.

BLITZ

(У категорії бліц, учні у команді обирають одного гравця, що дає їм змогу помислити аналітично та оцінити критично один одного. Тоді перед учнем у швидкому темпі буде показано 5 картинок до кожної з тем, які він/вона має негайно назвати. За кожну правильну відповідь – 1 бал, за підказки – мінус бал команді).

Contest 3. St. Valentine’s Greetings.

(Останній конкурс присвячений дню Святого Валентина. Команда отримує великоформатне паперове серце. За хвилин учні мають написати якомога більше компліментів команді суперників. Після закінчення часу учні по черзі зачитують компліменти, поки одна з команд не переможе.)

T: The last contest is related to St. Valentine’s Day. You are going to get a paper heart and try to write as many compliments as possible on it. You’ll have only one minute. After that you’ll have to read your compliments one by one until one team wins.

III. Завершальний етап. Підведення підсумків.

T: Our game show is over. Thank you for your active participation. I hope you had a lot of fun today. Now we can count the results and the winner is team ____________. My congratulations.
